Agent settings in Sales Agent

User management is now available in Sales Agent!

We always strive to streamline your workflows and ease your workload, no matter if you’re an operator, an agent or a supplier. That’s why we’re happy to announce this latest update, which will save you quite some time.

Agents can now – on their own – update their contact information and add users, group them and set individual permissions directly in Sales Agent. Up until today, updates of agent’s settings had to been done by the organizer in Citybreak Professional. A huge time saver for you, in other words. (As an organizer, you still administrate your users and contact information in Citybreak Professional.)

In Sales Agent, agents can now:

  • Edit existing and create new users
  • Edit and create user groups
  • Edit the agent’s organization information

This is how it’s done:

  • Login to Sales Agent
  • Click the Manage tab, top of the screen
  • Choose Agent settings or Users
